This week’s bread fell flat again. Second attempt at pure levain - again was super sticky when I went to shape it and I think ruined some gluten trying to make a boule. Any advice out there?

So it fell a little flat but it’s still tasty! Next time, I’ll need to adjust hydration so it’s less sticky.
